• Please note to pay the renewal premium only for those policies where you are the proposer.

• After successful transaction the confirmation is displayed on the screen and will be mailed to the email ID provided by you.

• For successful transactions. the Renewal Premium Receipt will be sent after three working days from the date of adjustment of premium. In case of ULIP policies, the premium is adjusted on due date or on the date of transaction whichever is later. If the premium is paid before the due date, then the Renewal Premium on the due date.

To receive your renewal premium receipt and other correspondence by email, please register for our Go-Green E-statement Option.

• Registered customers can view the updated premium by logging into Smart Care after three working days, from the date of adjustment of the renewal premium.

• For failed Transactions, please check if your bank account is already debited before you retry for the payment. If already debited please do not pay again. If a transaction is not complete due to network failure or any other reason, please write a mail, along with the Policy Number and Order Number to info@sbilife.co.in to know the status of the transaction.
